I've been working on a documentation tool that functions very similarly to CFCDoc except that it is useful for documenting large libraries of custom tags. I actually used some of the code from CFCDoc as a starting point. I'll post a screen shot and probably submit the code to RIAForge at some point.

It's definately a beta product right now, but it's useful.
